Last summer when my daughter and her family were visiting us, my daughter and I went to the resort for a mother/daughter get away. Almost all of our children live in Europe. I really enjoy the pool, hot tub and work out area. I have used as many as I possibly can, simply because it is so convenient to drive 16 miles to the resort and still feel like I am getting away from home and work and taking a mini-vacation. Because I am fairly regular, I get a couple of free nights a month in the hotel as comp rewards. It is this money that I use for gambling, not money I have earned. I don't spend a lot of money, but I do have my favorite machines and I have won several jackpots- both small and large. I try to go to the casino once a week, when I can.
We moved from Iowa to Sioux Falls, SD a few years ago so going to the Grand Falls Casino Resort feels a bit like going home to me.
